i dotn like it when people slam shit around either, go somewhere else for that shit...you dont go in a college gym full of people and drop your deadlift while you have it locked...common sense. a little at the bottom is no big deal, but msot do it on purpose

oh and those that are like, well id rather drop it than put it back hurting myself..i think there is a term for tht...oh ya you are a pussy. if your that worried about it or cant rack it back, use weight you can actually handle and do right instead of letting your ego tell you thats the weight you need...its obviously too much (specifically refering to fags doing dumbell presses and have to drop it)

Sorry have to disagree in certain situations.. When I'm doing incline dumbbell 135-140's I'm not putting them down lightly, also on flat I'm dropping them right beside the bench if no one is near to get hurt... But I can see what you're saying the way I've seen some of these posers playing it up.

in our defence we arent droping the weight deadlift weight from a height... we do go all teh way down, tap the floor and go back up. She is referring to the tapping of the floor. However, sometimes if we cannot lift it up, too much weight for example, we go let it go to avoid injury

Actually the last time we deadlifted at school , we actually had an audience because of the weights we were doing! People actually stopped what they were doing to see what we were growling about.
