haha i remember back in the day we were playing hocky in weights class. the teacher wasn't around so me and two of my friends told the other guys we had to go get the ball. then we went outside of the tennis courts and smoked something yummy

i did front squats up to 3 plates then reg squats up to 3 plates and a 25 then all the way down, leg extensions and ham curls, then calves superset wit lunges.
