i did a light full body pick up workout today. i have tried to take this week completely off, my lifts were down and i have been having a hard time recovering. its so damn hard not to want to go lift though

yeah....i've like never taken a week off........i'd go insane....it's an addiction for me i think

i am about to. thats why i could never do an HIT routine, i care just a little bit more about the workout than i do the growth. i dont mind overtraining a little bit, as long as i like what i am doing
