see bro, my most hardcore lifting days are when i hit back, cause il do 15-20 sets of lat pull downs, 10-15 sets of straight arm rows. then later in the day, il do 10-15 sets of barbell rows, and another 10-15 sets of shrugs.

gonna murder my delts and traps tomorrow... my traps have came up so much from this cycle and my new routine with em.. i've been doin 12 sets of 3 reps with 415... then 2 blow out sets with the trap bar with only the 45's on it..

my chest routine usually conists of 3 work sets of bench with the last set being a rest pause after i hit 8 reps... i rest for about 15 seconds and blow up a rep.. and repeat, and always try to do one more than the previous week... then 3 sets of inclines, 3 sets of decline flyes, and 3 sets of cable cross overs or pec deck

yea man, and that is from dbol /cyp and deca .... look how freakin veiny its made me... its awesome... im a believer now in its not what you take, its what you eat... any kind of syrupp you shoot or candy you pop will make you big.. but a dbol/cyp/deca cycle will not make you look soft if you eat high protein low carb like i do
