    hopefully il be able to double the size of my shoulders and back by the time she breaks up with her boyfriend... assuming that relationship is gonna eventually end.

    im in no hurry though, im totally content being her friend in the meantime

    well deadlifts put alot of stress on my biceps (which are a much igher priority than my back) so i started doing a combination between squats and deadlifts. but now that i dont have a gym membership anymore, i havnt done that exercise in awhile
