    i think my problem is ive got a distorted self image... kinda like how an anorexic chick sees herself. cept i dont have anorexia... i have bigorexia

    no thats front raises. lateral raises are very similar, cept you have your arms to your sides

    I dont think your much different than most people, im always looking at myself thinkin im not gettin bigger.. And that i need to workout more i always end up overtraining..

    yea, overtraining is my biggest flaw in my lifting routine for sure

    Yeah, just turned 44 in Aug.. But i refuse to date anyone over 32, i hate snotty old house slobs, that wont get there a$$es to the gym, instead they where long sweat shirts to cover there fat AS$ES..

    see it depends on who tells me that. for example, it annoys me when my mom tells me im big enough... hell, it really pissed me off when my grandmother told me i was at my peak and i would never get any bigger

    but its cool when other big guys tell me im big

    i heard it takes 10 days of clomid to get natural test production back to normal... but i suppose it really depends on what you ran on your previous cycle

    yea it was test 500 for 12 and winny. toward the end of my cycle i didnt need anyloving but i think its starting to kick

    i hit shoulders and delts today it was about a 7 on the workout scale not to bad but i hit my traps up pretty hard
