my back has been getting progressivly more and more shreded
but i really do need more size. i think il be happy if i can double the size of my shoulders, back and arms

well im repping 145 on military press, and 100 pounds on reverse grip military press. i can do front raises with 50 pound dumbells, and lateral raises with 40's, although usually il only do 25-30 pounds on that cause i prefer to have flawless form on all my lifts
