    haha, my grandfather is always acuising me of using steroids .

    he noticed immediately, and unfortuneatly asked me in front of my whole family

    i used to worry that people would know i was juicing if i got big enough, but now i dont care at all. in fact, i want it to be blatently obvious im juicing.

    im not huge, but i am kinda well defined.

    my back has been getting progressivly more and more shreded

    but i really do need more size. i think il be happy if i can double the size of my shoulders, back and arms

    Have you tried working shoulders like on monday and friday? What kinda weights are you lifting for shoulders?

    well im repping 145 on military press, and 100 pounds on reverse grip military press. i can do front raises with 50 pound dumbells, and lateral raises with 40's, although usually il only do 25-30 pounds on that cause i prefer to have flawless form on all my lifts
