    fo sho. the first one is lift as heavy as you can and give it everything you got to get bigger, the second one i use when i diet down and because my carbs and overall energy is less i cant lift as heavy and dont wanna risk injury, i use less weight and go for 10-15 rep range and i tend to lean up nicely.

    Yea makes sense higher frequency = higher cal expedenture.

    webb you mind sharing what you do for cardio? How much? How often? How intense?

    I hate cardio, and I know its diff for everyone, But i dont want to rely on drugs to get me ripped..

    more or less.... making gains is a very slow process, but i dont mind... not that much anyway. i love lifting and eating right. the only thing i need is some dbol /tbol/winni/test. then il be good to go

    Andre, right now i dont do a thing and i am around 265 and 7-11%BF, but when i start dieting next week or two i do 45 minutes everymorning on an empty stomach, then i do abs and calves. then i go home and eat my 8 egg whites and 1/2 cup oats, and 1tbsp flax oil

    exactly. besides, i feel way more productive when i study math. i could read for 3 hours and not remember much of anything when im done. but if im doing math problems for 3 hours, i know my sh_t at the end.
