fo sho. the first one is lift as heavy as you can and give it everything you got to get bigger, the second one i use when i diet down and because my carbs and overall energy is less i cant lift as heavy and dont wanna risk injury, i use less weight and go for 10-15 rep range and i tend to lean up nicely.

webb you mind sharing what you do for cardio? How much? How often? How intense?
I hate cardio, and I know its diff for everyone, But i dont want to rely on drugs to get me ripped..

Andre, right now i dont do a thing and i am around 265 and 7-11%BF, but when i start dieting next week or two i do 45 minutes everymorning on an empty stomach, then i do abs and calves. then i go home and eat my 8 egg whites and 1/2 cup oats, and 1tbsp flax oil
