dumbbells with thicker handles are sooo much easier to control
the ones at my schol have such thin handles
its really annoying!

i d really like to deadlift at my regular gym tomorrow but the bars are so rough that my shins will be bleeding like there is no tomorrow!
on the other hand i could do dumbbell shrugs ... the dumbbells go upto 200 lbs
at school they don even yhave the 90s so shitty

i would imagine that cutting sucks!
cant eat the foods that taste the best!
all you have to eat is healthy foods... which.. dont get me wrong are awesome for you but the taste of some of htem leaves some to the imagination
like egg whites

I did back and bi's ... abs and then cardio.. cardio should have been shorter and lighter but I had to give 'er after yesterday and I had the energy ...

Complete lack of strength to begin with.
I get to free squats and I actually did reps for 275 which is a personal best...but I finish and I have EXTREMEEEELY awful lower back pain...couldn't stand or walk around w/out wanting to cry so I just laid down in the corner for 15 minutes until it subsided and hit the locker room.
