    Kate...i have my own buisiness so i make my own hours and i run it outta my house so people have to come here...so i get to sleep in between eating and seeing customers...i was sleeping and someone called so i had to get up and go to work...he is gone now, so i am going to eat and then have a nap...

    i think i have hyper hydrosis... because at the gym i went through 2.5 liters of water and i was still thirsty
    i'd drink maybe a sip or two right before my set and by the second rep i d be thirsty again
    and it was ONLY a BENCH day
    AHHHHHHHHHHH


    how are deadlift and squat day going to be ?!?!?! I ned to get this fixed... fast!
