a good way to move some impressive weight on millitary press is to take an adjustable incline bench, and slowly increase the angle of the bench while you bang out reps of whatever you rep on flat bench

Yea that seems like it'd be good cause you're stregnthing you shoulder muscles obviosly but conditioning the should ligaments and tendons.
