    i was under the impression that generally speaking, guys can bench as much as they can row. i dont know if thats true or not, but id like to think it is. either way, its all good, cause im just gonna do lots more cycles of gear

    btw, i got my blood test results back today. haha after 5 cycles im totally healthy. my hdl is actually really high while my ldl is low.

    a good way to move some impressive weight on millitary press is to take an adjustable incline bench, and slowly increase the angle of the bench while you bang out reps of whatever you rep on flat bench

    this is supposed to be stretched out over a long period of time though. as in, you increase the angle every month or two

    it would be sick to focus totally on flat bench while on cycle, then do this technique once your cycle ends

    Yea that seems like it'd be good cause you're stregnthing you shoulder muscles obviosly but conditioning the should ligaments and tendons.

    I think I might start that soon
