    at my summer gym there are no punk kids... only old people who dont ahev a clue of waht theyre doing

    at my school's gym there are a number of punk kids doing half benches, half squats, curling 10 lbs so they dont get too big... occupying both the flat benches while having long talks in between sets

    ya its a pretty bad gym... there are only about 10 people out of 1000 who actually deadlift, squat, bench, heavy, and are actually big, everyone else just looks insignificant.

    lots of pretty ladies to stare at between sets tho!

    i guess the school's gym would have a few more big guys if the football traiend in our gym. They have their own separate gym with a deadlift platform, a glute ham raise thing, among other important things.

    Our gym has 2 lever flat benches, 2 liever incline benches and a shoulder press, none of which are used a lot. I think they should throw those out and get a decline bench or a power cage damit!

    you don't have a power cage?.....that kinda sucks, we do alot on that.
