    I have been trying something out for the past two weeks my little experiment...


    I have been mega-dosing BCAAs like 30-35g ED. Its actually been working really well. In the past few days I constantly ge comments, wow you're looking big or dude lay off the juice. The thing is I just started to cut too so about 120g of CHO daily on workout days about 75g on non workout days, and I still feel the muscle fullness. I am really impressed with this.

    I bought 1000g of BCAA powder and mixed in 20 packets of crystal light threw it all in a giant ziplock and just shook it for like 3 mins tastes pretty damn good and it gives my water flavor. I usually drink 10g during my workout and my recover and stregnth have gone up. I highly reccomend this to anyone. the bcaa's and crystal light ran me about 37$ and it'll last me a bit over a month.
