its tough on the thyroid...think about it you eat clean and barely at all for a week..then all the sudden you stuff down cheese burgers from a greasy joint...but icecream just slides right down

oh yeah and shakes are out when dieting down...maybe PWO..but thats it...all whole food..chickenbreast/tuna/leanbeef/turkey...then for carbs sweetpotato/oats etc depending
