    yeah, a lot of guys lean back and go heavy as fu*k...bad...go lighter and sit almost straight and really squeeze...you work more of your lats instead of your rear delts when you lean back...

    i am 27 and i started at 23, i was 6'1 and 198...so i have gained 30 pounds of lbm in 4 years and a total of close to 80 in the "off" seaason.

    yep..thats what I have done..sit straight up. Cant do as much weight..but who gives a fvck about weight

    i know you have done your research, so i believe if you started now, you would know more than i did up till about a year ago....i was stupid with everything, and it wasnt till i came here did i really notice gains and got a clue...

    thanks man..I try. Dont wanna do anything stupid. I actually did deca /dbol when I was 17..was one of those stupid young kids. Lost all my gains..and even lost a lil of where I was at when I started. Took me like 6 months to get my natty hormones back decently...then I started making slow natty gains. So I guess Im not 100% natural..but since I lost it all and then some..eh i dunno

    i did deca only before...DUMB...at like 600mg a week...14 months to get ol willy on my side again.........just ask as many questions as you need to...no one knows everything, but everyone knows a little and together we'll get anything sorted out...
