well, the highest weight i can rep on bent over rows is 150 for sets of 6. i rep 205 on bench, but i havent done that exercise in over 3 years. i just started again a few weeks ago. i rep 55 pound dumbells on incline curls, and about the same on dumbell tricep extensions.

hmmm, what else..

i can rep 150 in one hand on shrugs, 300 on lat pull downs (but usually il try to use perfect form and workout with 220-250

fakk sorry to take long to reply bro.... i got the exact same eg 92 with a 2001 gsr engine ....im painting it this week and just lookin at some pics of egs to know which colour to paint it.... i got the exact same rims this dude has... i was gonan go black pure night rider but wow im in love look at this beauty... im dieing to know the colour code....

im also shaving the side panels and hatch he didnt it would make it look even cleaner..... here this is my old civic with shaved side panels and hatch see how much more of a difference it makes.....


but i dont want to do an extreme colour its ghey , childish and u get pulled over and ur car becomes a target.

yeh extreme colours like red,orange,green etcc will get more tickets and attention cuz right away the cop thinks this dudes a trouble maker teenager. they are assholes man.

they dont think that poor 19 yr old kid has no job probably and worked hard for his car and painted it that colour cuz hes excited the the car scene
