    Yea, I ended up just walking downstairs and eating a sh*tload of chicken breast and oatmeal. No cardio today, I guess.

    as long as you stay dedicated to lifting and eating a clean diet then cardio isnt necessary... unless you're a competative bodybuilder. then theres no way around the cardio, you simply have to do it

    I just like to do cardio to get my heart going. I don't even think I do it often enough for it to have any real fat burning affects. I only do it 2-3 days/wk. for 30 minutes.
