    its my goal to be able to do that within the next 2 years. damn it, i need to do this, and with the help of lots of dbol /tbol/winni, i think its possible

    i may pick it up and drop it, but not throw it like a dodge ball.also those rocks arent the sa,e as picking up a bar. i can deadlift over 600 but the mechanics are very different than picking up a stone, alot of technique, very different technique in both. example i can military press 275lbs but when i try to do the strong man log lift , i strulgewith 190lbs because of the closer grip on the log and how akawrd it feels. practice makes perfect

    hey bro, theres a method i read about in muscle and fitness that will help you do way more weight on military press. what you do is start with a weight that is pretty heavy on flat bench, then over the course of like 6 months, you slowly adjust the bench up higher and higher till you are repping that same weight on straight millitary press

    wouldnt doubt it, pudin and kaz are both crazy and are beasts(well kaz was a beast, oldman still has more gaul than most men today)

    yea thats true. too bad rocks dont have solid handles attatched to them. that would make this alot easier. but its ok, its a goal that will motivate me to lift even harder than ever before
