actullaly, this is on going with him and my girls whole family, as he is there close friend (shows what type of family my girl has, she no longer talks to any of them) i allready have a no contact order against him, he violated it, went to jail, got bailed out in 30mins, started up again, i went over his house 3 times before we moved and he would not open the door.. makes my girl upset as her family loves him to death and hates me (like im a bad guy, ask swole he knows im all good) guess thats just because i believe in working hard insted of hardly workin, and that i own a better house at 25 then they can rent. lol

but i try and remember what chris (swole) said to me once

that's always the last thing to go. to get that last bit off, you really gotta bump up the cardio and cut those calories, but keep the protein intake up.

Yep..just seems like no matter what I do it will never go. I'll never drop protein below 300g tho. I hope this cutting cycle (not aas wise) I can finally drop that stubborn fat. I've heard that before..but it seems when its time for it to finally go, it never does

well how many cardio sessions are you doing per week right now, for how long, and at what hr? as far as losing the mass, you will always lose a little when really getting shredded, and if it's not coming off with what you're doing now, it's either cut more calories or increase the cardio. that's about all you can do.

sorry was studying. Right now I'm doing it 6x a week at 45 mins at 70% of my MHR. Last time I cut I got to a point..and then stalled out. I kept losing weight..but my appearance didnt change..I was losing LBM and virtually no fat tissue..
