    i just heard a weird noise outside, so i loaded up my glock .45 got a maglite and checked it out. there was nothing out there, but damn, i love having large caliber guns. haha, motherfu_kers better not be tryin to fu_k with my house.

    just cooked up the last of my turkey, and i have enough for the last days till the show....still gonna have to cook up more sweet potatoes....but i am getting everything in place now...haircut tomorrow, spray tan wednesday, adn pack up some stuff for the show....gotta practise posing more too...

    i am so tempted to do cardio for like 2 hours some evenings. i don't want to stop. and days when i just want to restrict calories to 3 meals, but i know my metabolism would suffer. i feel like going crazy.
