    power clean is a plyometric exercise. usually we dont go heavy on those types of lifts

    i touched my chest with the bar, but i didnt pause for 2 seconds. maybe i should try that.

    thing is though, i was feeling really weak that day. i was very intoxicated. haha, the day before, i was hitting back, and i damn near dropped the weights cause my grip was so weak.

    if you want power, then you should do alot of lateral raises. if you get really strong at that, then you can easily overpower other guys

    well its not only the power aspect at which i am looking

    i know that my deadlift and squat will improve because of it - they are kidna stuck right now

    im also looking for strength

    and those exercises do work a lot muscles in the body...

    i think i know what would help you. a cycle of test e/equi, then another cycle of test e/tbol, then another cycle of sus/dbol /winni, then a cycle of test prop/tren acetate

    not really. they both make you strong as hell. winni helps solidify the mass gains that dbol gives you. imo dbol and winni stack very well together
