    i like bulking for 8 weeks, then cutting for 3 or 4 more weeks after that.

    thats a great way to get good results

    i can bench 300 pounds now. im hoping my max gets to be at least 405 by the end of my cycle.

    preferably higher though. haha, i can hardly wait to get another 5 or 6 heavys cycles in me
