Ya.. doc's orders. I jsut went by how I felt, and I felt ok so i kept doing light cardio tehn I just said fark it and hit upthe weights too.. I don't wanna be a sissy mary that only does cardio.. what up with that ? lol

I do hip ab/aductor.. only at the end of my leg workouts though for extra toning I guess.. I see lots of big guys doing it too... can't hurt right? I do squats and lunges and all that good stuff first though..
I had to get some minor surgery type deal.nothing big, jsut sucked..

Haha.. i see theses girls at my gym at 6:00 a.m. when I do cardio... and they're like 70 lbs soaking wet and they jsut do the lightest cardio for what seems like forever.. it's so weird.. they shoudl be lifting weights...

I Like tri's because they burn nicely and what I do is every once in a while I'll notice a body part lacking compared to the others so I'll train it super har dto get back up to speed... that way I make pretty good gains.. and I've been trianing my tri's pretty hard so I'm happy with the results
