    Oh ya.. I ginored my orders and decided to hit the gym full force... diet and training are back in check.. andI'm loving it. I feel very rejuvenated actually... lifting really well too

    Ya.. doc's orders. I jsut went by how I felt, and I felt ok so i kept doing light cardio tehn I just said fark it and hit upthe weights too.. I don't wanna be a sissy mary that only does cardio.. what up with that ? lol

    ya i see so many girls doing only cardio... and the hip abductor/adductor machine
    they dont wanna get 'too big'

    I do hip ab/aductor.. only at the end of my leg workouts though for extra toning I guess.. I see lots of big guys doing it too... can't hurt right? I do squats and lunges and all that good stuff first though..

    I had to get some minor surgery type deal.nothing big, jsut sucked..

    Haha.. i see theses girls at my gym at 6:00 a.m. when I do cardio... and they're like 70 lbs soaking wet and they jsut do the lightest cardio for what seems like forever.. it's so weird.. they shoudl be lifting weights...

    nothing wrong with doing it as long as you do more than just taht for legs, besides cardio

    squats n lunges are awesome

    I love my PWO shake.. but since i work out at night i don't have a meal after... but that shake is nice. I love the way my legs feel so full and hard after leg day... i notice it with other body parts too, but hard core on legs..

    the worse part is that i know people like this and they refuse to eat properly becuase they think they'll get fat

    I'd have to say #1 is Tri's, and Back/bi's/shoulders all come in 2nd, then legs then chest...

    I Like tri's because they burn nicely and what I do is every once in a while I'll notice a body part lacking compared to the others so I'll train it super har dto get back up to speed... that way I make pretty good gains.. and I've been trianing my tri's pretty hard so I'm happy with the results
