Hey Nova-licious... work out was disgusting... LOL. Of course in the best way possible. Saw the most fantastic spectacle of myl ife ever! LMFAO.

Ok.. cardio post work out... I'm on the treadmill, the guy besdie me is running, but obviously not serious about his work outs... trips while talking a his frined and completely shoots off teh end in a messy scene... poor guy, yes, but he ws ok.. and the machine was going fast too. Then, instead of taking his time getting back on he tries to just jump rith on without slowing it down.. and the same thing happnes.. only this time, he gets rug burn .. but overall is ok, jsut a little hurt pride.. I wanted to die... he should've known to be more careful andpay attention.

But ya.. that was the gym tonight... I'm totally pumped so I'm gonna clean for a bit... seeing as how the whoring is crap tonight anyway... I'll check back in before bed time..
