my stats right there are 213 about 9% bf... im 213 about 6 ot 7% right now... but thats gonna change quickly as im gonna straight up bulk my ass off till april.... people tell me im the perfect size right now.. but, nah.. im not lettin anyone catch up to me.. haha

my stats before were 186.. then bulked to 213 with about 14% or so bf, and cut down to 6 ot 7% while remaining at 213.

actually though i did get up to 217, i always forget that.. i was at 217 weeks 9 and 10.. so i only dropped 4lbs in the cut phase, which is still pretty good

in my honest opinion man, i think if you followed Nova's cutting log, and did an hour and 15 min of cardio every morning you'd be set.. his setup kicks ass i think, and it worked really well for him

really when i cut all i eat is: Egg whites, oatmeal, tuna, salmon, brown rice, fat free yogurt, lean ground beef, lots of salads filled with green veggies and tomatoes, and lots of fruit. and water intake is around 2 galls a day.. thats how i cut... just keep stuff simple... and do lots of cardio/circuit training
