    yeah i missed them too, even though i would do them when i got the chance.
    i can't squat big so heavy is leg presses and lunges.

    well i have a spinal problem. shermann's kyphosis. so it is a lil risky, and not worth teh risk when i can use leg press and lunges and achieve the same results. i still do squats, but i do a swolecat routine or elevate my heels and do many slow reps.

    hey stunner... job is mine if i want it pretty much.. but the commute was just over an hour... I"ve never b een so happy to be back downtown.. dont know if i want to take it... no benefits, but about $5000 more than what I"m getting now/year

    i guess its your call then $5000 is quite a bit of money.. but no benefits... iguess its a weigh in at what expenses you have to incur without benefits and also whether you would like this job more...
