Breezes are nice.... stale is not. Central air in my apt is even having a tough time keeping up... I'll prolly just leave it off and get accustomed to the weather instead..can't stand having my windows shut..
heard the other day that people are losing less weigth in the summer becuase of air conditioning... strange huh?

hmmm. that is weird, mabe from the sweat, and they do stuff to get out of the house, so they are more active.

They said that just as animals do with thier fur.. we naturally shed poundage in teh summer to accommodate the heat... survival thing. But since on anverage more time is spent in air conditioned places - house, car, work etc. our bodies are confused about the weather and not making that adjustment... I thought it was pretty interesting.

Also saw a thing on this woman who had all but a small portion of her stomach REMOVED... she was over 600lbs, now she's lost a ton of weight but had large flaps of skin hanging from her body... they had to do massive surgery to get rid of it but since she's soooo nutrient depleted from not being able to consume enough nutrition the surgeries keeping going wrong... she can't recover etc. Her leg went gangrenous (sp?).. EWWWW
