    yeah I know..just got so frustrated. Diet seemed pretty perfect. Next time I'll just do one time cardio a day..1 hr instead of 45mins AM and lower the carbs to 150 or so

    scott does cardio twice a day sometimes when he's cutting.. but only for about 20 minutes each

    no lifting on 2x days. and i didnt have much access to any equipment so i didn't lift much. i focus more on cardio and diet during a cut. but i would have loved to train more and yes would have done cardio PWO if i had that option.

    ya when I did it twice per day..I saw ok fat loss but also quite a bit of muscle loss. Arms went from 17" to a puny 16"

    shit when im cutting down i only do cardio 2 or 3 times a week, i let my diet do all the work i got down to 8% last cutt

    ahh no way. My metabolism is so slow. I can eat as perfectly as possible and not do cardio and not lose an ounce of weight

    i dont know.. usually when you dplete your carbs and lose the stroed carbsl like fat.. the only resource is muscle for energy.. but i dont know.. i know that was the case with me.. i looked like i was on my death bed for a week there...
