Its my 94 year old grandma. She came up with that..she also takes about 10k mgs of vitamin c per day. Crazy..

But the oatmeal rocks that way..

not really. i've noticed extreme anger, but thats only when other people fu_k with me. i also noticed that this cycle is by far the most effective ive ever ran. its too bad i didn't run some test e with it. haha that would have been fun.

She also takes other vitamins, eats garlic in her tuna, stuff like that.

technically they call it cold sores. its a different strain of genetal herpes which can sometimes be just as bad, if not worse than outbreaks caused by hsv 2 (genetal herpes)
