    size does for the most part. but strength has a tendency to change from week to week sometimes, in high volume workouts. reps is usually teh same but if im maxing or low repping it will differ.

    Yeah thats not really what Im talking about though. Literally Ill be repping out with heavy weight and two weeks later I can barely do the same weight once. My upper body doesnt do that. I still havent figured that one out.

    mine could be that when i deadlift im not completely rested from it so my legs lack a lil on leg day.

    oh well. hopefully nothing bad happened in there. but im sure u wouldn't do it in pain. hmm maybe just your ody breaking a plateau or something. my bench strength went down before i went up and made new personal bests in weight.

    it might have something to do with the rest that your legs get. walking around definately taxes your legs. upper body isnt really like that

    Yeah, I keep changing things up and experimenting. I thought maybe I needed 1x every 10 days so I tried that. Didnt really change..

    yea, trying to find what works best can be very irritating at times. its too bad we dont know exactly how many reps, sets and how much weight to use to totally maximize muscle growth

    i saw a show on the science channel about this glove you wear that sucks blood into your hand, then cools it down. supposedly it will dramatically increase your work ability and protein synthesis.
