if you relax your face, then shake your face really hard, and have someone take a picture.... you get a still image i coined it..."the shake face" some are freaking amazing, this is one of the few i have on my comp...some get really good.

it has brought my training to a stop for now..

im thinking when i do come back to training just stay lean and hard.
about 85kg or so.
i think that will be good for me since im not going to compete and even if you do, theres no opportunities where i live.
so might aswell look good and ripped.

yeah man, you're a freaking beast. i want to get about 225 and stay ripped. at my height that will be pretty big, but i think thats good enough for me. i dont think im competing at all anyway.

yea i did a little boozing on my last cycle. that was probably a really bad idea cause i was on all aa-17 roids.

i dont think there would be much of a danger with boozing while on injectable test though. i mean, that barely affects your liver at all

i was thinking in terms of maybe gyno, loss of gains... any of that shit. i just want to do it as smart as possible if i do decide to drink a little on a couple isolated nights.

well the truth is that staying up all night boozing is not ideal for gaining muscle, but doing it occasionally really shouldn't be much of a problem
