    its really the same as bb cutting for competitions. they lose lots of weight. the last 10 i lose will be water the night before. its sucking, like what wrestlers do....i just need to get down to like 163 or so and ill suck water for the rest...

    you want be has heavy as possible for the fight and lose water for weigh ins and then the fight is the next day...

    thats why ufc guys look so big...guys who make 205 really end up stepping into the ring the next night at between 210-235.

    hey quiet shot you a pm, yah it would regulate weight classes better but same day weigh ins really cause alot of hs wrestlers to trash their bodies...

    i can suck 10 pounds for weigh ins and feel good the next day...
