    I do legs with a partner every week, all other body parts no, but we make sure we do legs the same day just for that reason!!Good job though!!

    thanks. felt good after being completely out of the gym for 3 months, well the reps did not the failed one anyways. i slowly stop using spotters. good way to hurt myself.

    I wish bro. Its in East Lansing and I dont know anyone with MSU connections. I know plenty of Michigan ppl. Im afraid my Wolverines are going to get beat. MSU is 4-0 and they have a kickass offense.

    Only 4 home games left. The two best are Penn State and Ohio State. Ill call my cousin and see if he can get some tics. Hes a shmoozer for a big company and gets free tickets all the time. That bastage gets to go to about any game he wants.
