    Leg day is the best day ever!!! thats when u get dizzy ur eyes are blood shot from doing heavy leg pressing...u almost fall from the squatting....u cant see infront of you or think rite after each set.....

    I had legs 2day...this idiot told me: dude why are u working out leg? they dont look good and ur gonna get short...
