    I think b/c I work behind a bar 5-6 nights a week I'm not a big fan of it. If I went to work 2nite and just had a couple of shots I'd be hammered!!!

    i don't really like to drink anymore. It doesn't do anything for me. A beer here and there is about all i can tolerate anymore. Anything else I feel like i'm wasting away..

    i went to this club last night and this girl was there dancing by herself. I waited til she went to the bar and then made my move. after about 4 shots of brassmonkey and a few beers i'm like practically straddling her. Then her friend meets up with her and we have to take a few more shots cuz she just got there. after a few more then the original girl i wanted gets really trashed and gos to the bathroom to puke. i then start hooking up with her friend at the bar and realize that there's no chance with the puking friend so i'm gonna not get this one as drunk it worked and we all took her friend home then i went home with the other one. it was great!!!

    Freakin glowsticks. I remember those from years ago.. These dues would come up the bar with their eyes wired and pupils the size of quarters. Have a glow stick in each hand asking for water. But they were cheap, never wanted the bottles. LOL

    i do not drink anymore ,not just coz of trainin,i never used to be a verynice person when i was younger,but since ive had my children ive calmed down alot,the only thing is when ive had a tad too much to drink i normally revert back to my younger days!it aint nice!
    im goin to barcelona with my mates for a stag weekend in march,were gonna watch barcelona play someone so im obviously gonna get wrecked overthere,not lookin forward to it coz the spanish coppers are assholes!!

    barcelona is my favorite city. i fukin love that place. When you go hit up baja beach club mate. the women are fantabulous!!! it's right on the beach. then they have a strip fo clubs one after the other with no cover. barcelona is da shit!!

    hey off topic here, but anybody use low reps and heavy ass weight? I went back to this split and it's fukin puttin awesome size on me. I just can't wait til i'm back on the juice so I can explode. Here's a exaample

    3 sets of 6 1 warmup and I stick with 3-4 exercises depending on size. Chest, back and legs get 4. Whereas before I was trying higher reps, but it just doesn't do it for me. Most of my size comes from around 6 reps. It sounds basic, but for me very effective. I've tried goin all the way up to 15-20 reps and 10-12.

    thats how i normally train smak,heavy with reps runnin between 6-10,dont feel fuk all from trainin lighter,when i have a light day i norm end up goin heavy!
