    Fats are probably at 80 right now, or a little lower with tweaking I have been doing. I have thought about upping the carbs, but its just more calories. I get plenty of carbs 4 out of 7 days of the week with my pwo/ppwo routines anyway I think.

    man.. I have lost some serious LBM. May I ask why you cut the protein so low? Am I not at risk of stripping myself of some muscle with protein under pd of bodyweight. I was just under the impression to keep protein 1.5g at least during cutting to prevent this. Not challenging in any way, I know know sh*t about diet, just asking for an explanation, if you have time that is.

    higher on training days cus carbs are protein sparing

    1.35 grams per lb LBM on non-training days.

    If you're paranoid you can bump it to 1.5 on training days...and cut down on your fat.

    But i wouldn't

    Not protein synthesis directly ...indirectly one could reason that because carbs are used with preference, there's more protein that could possibly be used for muscle building as opposed to use for energy production.
