its like 80 here and its freaking february. Its been over 70 like every single day so far this winter I hate it. I actually want it to be cold.

I can't wait to hit the db shrugs tonight. My traps should really be improving over the next few weeks with the deads, squats, shrugs, etc.

Your resistance will probably go down on your shrugs, due to fatigue from the deadlifts. I know how that is because I have deadlifts and barbell shrugs together on Friday workouts.

Today, will be squats and db shrugs.

yeah mate it's off the sted's coz it's very rare i drink

i had no problem with my liver or thought it was over i just got my blood checked out just incase and boom three times over glad i did get it checked now

yea, i dont do deadlifts either. basically the movement is bending over with the weights in your hand, and you stand up with it, so its a lower back/hamstring exercise... which could potentially screw up your back if you do it wrong.
