ive heard that green tea helps speed up your metabolism... ive been trying to drink that, but most of the time diet pepsi is easier and faster... but it stains my teeth, and then i have to brush them... all the time. it gets annoying

i mostly lift at the gym, but ive also got a decent collection of weights at home. i just recently got my barbell and a few plates out of the garage so i can focus on heavy shrugs... my new priority muscle group.
