    I've still have back probs I take glucosumine and chondroitan and pop my own neck and back might not be the safest remedy but it has worked ok for about 5 yars now

    My neck feels good right now but its funny when I do certain exercises it feels funny. Doesnt really hurt.

    i crack my own neck all the time, you will be fine. 3 to 4 times a week is too much!he should have cut your visists back to once a month after you started to feel better.

    lots of area's are like that, parts of south carolins, georgia... i love the south, i lived there for a few years, but man, there are are alot of fcked up people there that are products of there environment.
