I got it from the "ECKO" factory outlet in Gilroy California.

    It's a G-Unit tank, I've a white and a black one.

Gonna order the new cool ones for my new sets of pics.

Thanks all. (Carlos, that was real nice of you brutha for your critique!)

I hear ya, thank you very much.

I wish I could locate an old pic @ my parents house and scan it. I'll try to do that over the weeks for comparison, I hope they have some around.

The "eco to meso" transformation, is something I will accomplish in the future. Now that you've been at a much higher weight for awhile/years now, is it still a struggle to keep it? or do you feel your genetic make-up(for lack of better words) has finally changed permanently?

    write a book partna!

LOL @ write a book, but actually, that's an idea that's been suggested before and that I am mulling over in my head!

It's actually very easy to stay at this higher weight. Not only am I older now w/a slower metabolism than before, I simply go to the gym, get a pump in the muscles, then leave and eat and I stay the same. I don't try to get bigger/stronger, I just aim to keep what I have.

Your genetic makeup eventually does "settle in" and you are "you" for life.

Thanks for the suggestion on the book.

Coming from you thats good to hear, I do notice a little "settling" now that I'm 28, but I still want another 40lbs by the time I'm 32 or so. I know it will happen but I was concerned about the "re-programming".

Wasn't kidding bout the book BTW.

[QUOTE=SwoleCat]I know I know, use the member pics forum!!!!

I in fact will be using that forum actually for my updates each time I update my own site thread and the "~SC~MARQUEE" on my MYSPACE page as I continue to lean out more and more. I am using the next 2-3 months to prep for the opening of my new site, chrisjanusz.com. (Unrelated to VX.com totally)

Here are two quick snapshots of me from today. I must warn you that I feel bloated in these and that I'm not that tanned, so they aren't the best. You know how a former anorexic feels about posting pics when you ain't totally "RIPPED".

I'll have no-shirt/ab shots/legs/etc., as the weeks go on, when I can take pics in a lighting that is decent as this was very late in the day, sun almost down. I think the gym has the best lighting, so I'll ask my friends to take snaps of me in the posing room or somewhere cool.

    Well, that's about it!

    Current weight = 267-270.

    ~SC~

Looking PHAT BRO. What have u been taking. What's your secret. I would not want to mess with you bro. I don't know if I should work harder or stop working out. Friends have told me that my body is changing but it's kinda hard to see any improvement in my self. sucks!!

you have mentioned you were anorexic some time ago, do you ever find it difficult or indeed find that bad memories surface when you are dieting down to the low figures?i would imagine it can be tough.

    all the same lookin great.

I actually feel very content when dieting down, as I know that I am doing it the healthy way and it's making me look better.

I've learned a lot since having the disease, and once you can free yourself from the hold it has on you, you can breathe once again.

I was sick from the age of 17 until about 21/22......then I went up/down/all over the place before settling in at 175-180 playing b-ball like it was my career.
I then got into weight training after a b-ball accident, and the rest is history. Started lifting at 26/27 years old, and I just turned 34.

Anorexia is no fun and it's a serious condition that can lead to bulemia and all sorts of things. Please, if you know someone like this, do all you can to help. They will lie, say they are getting help, try to shift the focus on to other issues as being their problem, etc., but 99% of the time that's a cover up and a cry for help.

there was a show on the other day "intervention" where the girl was bulemic. she would puke in ziploc bags and store it in her closet at the end of the week she would throw them all away...rediculous...so many bags in her closet, saved for a week...scary shit...

i think your story is good motivation for the newbies that want to start their cyccles at the ages of 18 and 19. they need to not rush into things. you didnt start weight training until you were 26 and now 8 years later your a monster. im 23 now and like the idea even at 30 i may look my best..
