I worked, barely. Wasn't as busy as work, and i seemed much more intelligent. And everyone that was scheduled, and didn't show up is fired.
I think our EQUAL rights applies to our citizens, ef everyone else.
The fliers i saw read, "A Day without an immigrant" and said not to work, sell, buy, go to school (dumb, and keepin' it dumb). And i'de have to say a day without a bunch of whiney bitches was real nice and relaxing.

It doesnt make sense to me,
On one hand, i understand the idea of hiring cheap labour, but there aren't any longterm benefits for keeping illegal immigrants - for example, If they are all allowed to become US Citizens, than they MUST be paid atleast minimum wage for there work. Also, the law being absolute, being illegal, is still being illegal and they should be deported as America is a nation of laws.
My Solution - they establish an "american foriegn legion" much like the infamous french foriegn legion, this would give a direct infusion of military numbers and at the same time the american people would not sympathize as much when troops are KIA from the legion. After 10 or 15 years, the illegal immigrant has citizenship, and other US citizens respect him for him giving his service. Win/Win

Fvck the illegals!
They come here to work while our big corporations go there to give them work.
They were trying to boycott America yesterday so that everyone would know what it would be like without mexicans here.
Wasn't that in a Movie I saw recently? What was that damn movie?
Anyways, I don't think America skipped a beat because Mexicans wanted to be legally lazy for 1 day!

There were demonstrations at our Embassy in Mexico City as well. There were chants of "death to George Bush". Great friends and allies we have to our south. Big trouble is heading our way from the south in the form of Mexico, Venezula, and Brazil. Inside of 5 years we will have terrorist attacks on our soil by those from or in sympathy with the good people south of us.
