My boat has been sinking and after last night and worrying about you all night, I know that is NOT the answer for me!! So I guess I should thank you for taking me to the dark side without me having to actually do it myself!!!!
Things will get better!! For both of us!! Keep strong. There are other things to keep us going. One day at a time.
I threw out my alcohol when I started my cycle and told myslef that I will NOT drown myself in it or anythiing else except Friends, Family THIS SITE, and working on being a better me with my cycle and training !
If you need an ear, I am here for ya bro!!

These moments of pain and loneliness are perfect opportunities to reach out for gods help. Girlfriends, regular friends, they can never promise you anything, one moment they are there the next they are gone, but god stays by your side forever. You just reach out and he will take your hand, trust me, I have been in that pain and without god I would not be here today.

Awesome! Glad you're better and head is on straight again. I'm even more glad that you posted this thread last night... everything is an uphill battle, if you ever feel yourself heading down that road again post another thread and nip it in the bud... good luck to you

one thing i can always rely on to keep my mind occupied when im down is my training. my training will never cheat on me, play mind games, or hurt me (unless a cable snaps, or something, teehee). this is what has gotten me through any break-up.

got to agree man. Look...I been dealing with depression unmedicated for years. Here are some things that help me get through it
1) No matter how shitty things are, you are going to have good moments. Enjoy em and think about those instead of concentrating on the shit
2) Stop thinking so much. Over analyzing your life will only lead to bad bad things.
3) I agree with maxex...if you wanted it done... it be done. That's ok, I understand what it's like to want to see if anyone would notice or care. If you want to know who cares about you, trying looking around. Your life is so bad right now in your eyes, then you are probably quite a drag to talk too on a regular basis... i know I am. So look around... who's there to let you unload your angst on? Those are the poeple who care about you.
4) Man up...is your life gonna be happy all the time? NO....not many people's are. If this is from your pct then you're lucky cus you'll not be dealing with this much longer...but if it's a reocuring thing...See a doctor or if you're like me and hate medicine...i promise if you just suck it up you'll turn your misery into more of a numbness which is a great deal better imho.

Hope ur feeling a little better there buddy. THAT kind of pain is f_ckin' awful man. You obviously have a lot of friends here that care about you which should definatlely help your situation. Yeah, I had an awful upbringing and was quite a lunatic for a while LOL. Read my post in response to the dumbest things you've ever done if ya want. I had a lot of very painful times. It stinks when you're in 'em, and no one gives a f_ck. But for you people do my friend. I care about ya and so do people on this board. PM me anytime ya want. Don't listen to aholes because they don't understand. Talking to people and being social will def help along with LIFTING DAWG!!!!! LOL. It will though. Hobbies are good. Best of luck to ya bud, and if you ever want to talk pm me. Later.
