    Sooo many quality folks on here... but here is what I look at...

    Respect: Anybody who can post about their experiences and research into maximizing human performance - especially in regards to bodybuilding and powerlifting - in a legible and helpful manner. Clearly able to share their knowledge in a way that fosters good Internet discussion and feedback. Mad-respect for people that can break norms and Internet gospel by bringing up controversial or new ideas... if not for application but simply discussion...

    Less Respect: Anybody who likes to give people a run-around, cut-and-paste other peoples posts as their own to seem like they know what they are talkin' about... and those that like to act like an Internet tough guy... if you wouldn't say it face-to-face to someone - don't fukin' write it either...

    Internet discussion boards have revolutionized the industry... so many people with like goals and interest able to interact and find greater solutions... although it has potential downfalls in the same regard, it's quite amazing...

    Kind of a semi-inside thing that started after SC's big bulk phase last summer when he cited "Be cool" the movie, as an inspiration and after watching it myself, it brought about a new level of inspiration to my side of the fence aswell. Hes also chimed in on other posts not involving fitness/nutrition, and has stuck up for me on at least one occasion. (SC you prob didn't know that so there you go partna! thanks for you help with my issues, I've got a good memory).

    you are so right, the net has revolutiionized training for bbers and powerlifters alike allowing u to access SO much more knowledge on so many topics. best tool in functional and also aesthetic training

    of all the people on AR .. i respect Pinnacle the Most... his knowledge/experience > than all others i know.. and the way he portrays/delivers his info is astounding no one comes close IMO.

    cept nark.. but he's black, which means IF I DONT SAY i respect him he will play the race card, if i do say i respect him- everyone will say its favortism cuz we are gay lovers.. JUST NO WIN FOR TAI><

    off the board.. definetly my mother.. i have never seen anyone work so hard to help so many people w/o once ever thinking of her self.
