2) who do you admire thats NOT on AR and for what reason?

Two people pretty much equally. Markus300 and Pinnacle. They are two of the smartest Vets on here and nice guys as well.

1) There are a few members who i find give valuable information and i don't know if i could pickone

2) My twin sister - I love her to death and she has always been there for me. She has accomplished a lot in her wokring profession and puts the happiness of others ahead of her own. It's funny she does alot of things to try and make me happy.. and because i see how proud she is of some of what she does , for exmaple buying me a skirt or doing me a favour - even when i detest what she bought, or really didn't want her to do what she did for me.. i still pretend i like it and aprpeciate it

EVERYONE on here is greta b/c they are all trying to better themselves.

and I think anyone in the gym who goes there day in and day out and persevers deserves props...from the little old lady to the fat 16 year old kid who was scared as hell (like me back in the day) to step foot in a gym.

Seriously, it feels great to have your name mentioned.

Makes the hectic lifestyle much more worth it for sure. I do it for self, yes that is where it has to begin, but a little help along the journey from others and their positive compliments never hurt anyone.
