Nah, I ain't that big brutha.

Besides, when I lean out I look far better and not as "big" and I like that look.
On camera/film you look bigger than you do in person, so that's part of it as well.

    Thanks for the props!

I hear you man. I gain 10lbs everytime I go back. They do nothing but cook.

My family's from Houma, way down the bayou, about 50 minutes south of New Orleans. I imagine you don't carry the accent anymore. I seem to catch some of it everytime I go back though.

SC, your graphics always kick ass! I like the Swole Vegas.

Do you make your own graphics? They always have a really cool style to them. You have really excellent taste in the design of your sites and with your graphics.

I could totally see as you as a marketing director promoting your own line of products or being the spokesman/model for an existing line of products. I am sure that the product packaging, promotions, and advertisements would kick ass based on your artistic design skills.

    Thanks CMAX!

I don't actually do the graphics myself, no, but I do have a say in what I would like them to look like, the idea behind them, etc. Then someone else does the work.

I just provide the pictures for them to work with.

    Thanks again,

For some odd reason I've been out with a lot of Polish chicks but they're some helluva down to earth type people.

LOL. My dad does the same thing. It creeps me out how he can go from talking in perfect english, to something that most wouldn't even consider a language. Cajun French is something else.

What part of swamp country is your family from Swole?

Awesome. Not a big fan of Shreveport, never been to Marksville, but the other three are awesome. I always stop in Lafayette to get some boudan (spelling?). Can't recall the name of the deli though.

Damn. I want some boiled crawfish now.

    Boudin is the SHIT!!!!!

I like to get a hot loaf of french bread, cut off about 1/3 of it and hollow out the end so you have like a huge pita type of thing. Then I take the boudin and stuff the living shit out of it into the bread and go to freakin' town!!!!

    YUMMY!!!!!

Hell yeah. You have to get it at the right place though. I prefer the Ma and Pop/ family owned deli's. The place I used to get it was at Comeaux's on General Mouton. They closed sadly.

I think that's a cajun thing with the boudin and the french bread. My family will always make those boudin po-boys, while drinking beer, and shuckin' oysters. I took a girl down with me once. She freaked out when we went to dinner, and they dropped 30lbs of boiled crawfish and crabs onto a dozen sheets of newspaper. LOL

I guess it's something you have to grow up around.

Nothing better than a huge picnic table full of boiled crawfish that you crack and scarf down with hot sauce while taking back Budweiser after Budweiser.

I also like cracklins and crawfish pie, mmmm, damn!!! Shrimp po-boys with the fried onion rings all over the top are great, the Treasureburgers, etc.

Damn I need to go back!!!!!!

Czech women, good god. I love Czech women, they are gorgeous. To bad when you roam around Prague most of the beautiful women are all in the sex industry. Eastern europe meets western europe

Right now I am experimenting with something I call a "Do or Die" approach.
It's basically 1 big bodypart or 2 smaller ones per day, coupled with cardio and a 2nd session in the evening. I've taken information from sports athletes and coaches and compiled my own approach in order to get really shredded and lean in about 8-10 weeks total time.

I'll be showcasing how this worked in a few months w/my new site, so we'll see what happens. If all goes well, it'll be a new program approach I offer and will be a SERIOUS cutter designed to shed fat at an astonishing pace.
