I would layoff on the training since alcohol will be involved and not only that but it is a once in a life time thing that you get married "or at least should be lol". I would take a break then bang the gym hard after all the excitement settles down. A nice little break would do nothing but benifit you in the long run and not only that but you ARE going to drink and training+alcohol=counterproductive! Congrats on the engagement bro!

Yeah it will definitely get rid of some of the stress. I would try to drop the drinking and work out more if i were you. Working out is probably the best way for me to get rid of some stress or anger.

Make sure you get a designated driver for the gym drive.

The hell with the gym right now. I think what you need to do is drink more, if the stress becomes more then drink more to compensate for it. I'd also jerk off alot more too, great stress reliever, especially trying to jerk off drunk, it's like a double whammie stress reliever!!! Never hurts to experiment with other things besides alcohol either, they'll also help with your stress. Good luck!!

Self medication only in moderation, but it still won't solve shit.I'd say focus more on your marriage right now your only suppose to do it once,as for the gym there's no question keep fukin training man, when I train everything outside the gym doesn't exsist, i'm completly focused on it and nothing else. But good luck

Stop drinking to forget or relieve stress. Ive done it too many times and it only makes matters worse. Work on your relationship with your girl, you know you want that to work.
