    i should spend a good solid intense 70+ minutes but i get lazy and spend a moderate 45mins

    By myself 45-60 also depends on the day/split.

    Shoulder is about 45 -50.

    While qauds/bis/calves about 60min+

    Usually 1 to 1.5. But since I'm not a bodybuilder like most of yall, my heavy squat and pull days could take longer. I tend to take some time in between sets when going heavy.

    45-80 minutes. Bench days are quick but heavy dead and squat days takes a while.

    i tkae 1 hour but my friend works out a little slower than I do so it takes me maybe 75 minutes sometimes

    and ill havem y shake and wait an additional 15 minutes till he's done

    damn you guys don't work out that long! I'll be there from 2-3hours +cardio, so like an average of 150-200minutes. And i don't rest that long between sets OR talk to people. Maybe i'm overtraining...

    I don't necessarily follow a time line either but I don't advocate this approach for new or intermediate lifters. They have a tendency to lift too long because they don't really know when they have done enough. As a veteran WEBB, you know when you have reached that point in your workout but many others will just go until they have nothing left.......hence they will overtrain. IMO
