    do explain carlos cuz my chest sux and im pretty sure its because my shoulders/tris do majority of the work. i even try and connect mentally and make sure my chest is doing the work but it never grows..............ill take all advice i can on chest routines

    I do decline, only at the end of my workout and I do a few burnouts to try to get a really good pump in the lower pec
