    Share Your Cardio Playlist

...yes I know this has been done before - please don't flame me!

I usually change up my playlist every couple of months. What is in your playlist right now?

This is my current playlist in order. If it weren't for Prodigy I prolly wouldn't get through a workout. Perfectly timed for a ~30 minute cardio workout.

    Prodigy - Breathe
    Orbital - Satan (Live)
Rage Against The Machine - Bulls On A Parade
    Pendulum - Spyril
    Prodigy - Firestarter
Pendulum - Hold Your Colour (Bipolar remix)
    Moby - Machete
    Prodigy - Remedy
CJ Bolland - "Suger Is Sweeter"

I got 2 "gym" playlists in my ipod... 1 for working out (hardcore music), and one for cardio.

Though I never listen to it outside the gym, when I do cardio I want somehting with a rythm I can jog to, so I usually have dance club type music and 80's pop.

    My ipod's "cardio" playlist has:

    Obsession, Animotion
Never Gonna Come Back Down, BT
    The Revolution, BT
    Smartbomb, BT
    Leave Home Chemical, Brothers
It Began In Africa, Chemical Brothers
    Loops of Fury, Chemical Brothers
    Replacement killers, chemical brothers
Trip Like I Do, Chemical Brothers
    Sensation, Crystal Method
    Around The World, Daft Punk
    The Rockafeller Skank, Fatboy slim
    Praise You, Fatboy Slim
    Happy hour, Felix de Housecat
    Sequel2sub, Felix de Housecat
    Madame Hollywood, Felix de Housecat
    Cycle Spin, Felix de Housecat
Silver Screen Shower Scene, Felix de Housecat
    Relax, Frankie Goes To Hollywood
    Come With Me, Information Society
    Walking Away, Information Society
Peace and Love Incorporated, Information Society
    Running, Information Society
    Think, Information Society
What's On Your Mind (Pure Energy), Information Society
    Pump Up The Volume, Marrs
    James Bond Theme, Moby
    World in Motion, New Order
    Confusion, New Order
    Shellshock, New Order
    True Faith, New Order
It's A Sin, Pet Shop Boys
Always on My Mind Extended, Pet Shop Boys
    Go West, Pet Shop Boys
    Rez Cowgirl, Underworld
Born Slippy, (Fatboy Slim Mix) Underworld
    Bruce lee, Underworld
    Opportunities, Pet Shop Boys
Undress and possess, Lords Of Acid

It gets me thru those endless jogging sessions... I find "It began in afrika" has a perfect beat to jog to.
