What ever you do, dont take any type of anabolics. You need to start of with a solid workout, and get a diet that is healthy, and that you feel you can maintain. If your friend really cared about you, or wasnt an idiot he would have told you this.Originally Posted by spliffpatrol

all good points here. welcome aboard but heed the warnings of experienced people that care. the easy way out isn't going to help you in the long run. Rome wasn't built in a day. You didn't become fat overnight, it took years of crappy eating and sedentary lifestyle. It will take time to get out of that rut. Don't be discouraged. First go to the Diet forum and read the cutting sticky, it has worked wonders for many people on this board. Plan your diet and post it to be critiqued. Next look at the workout forum and post a sample routine and let it be critiqued. Get yourself a gym membership and be consistent and you will see the pounds drop rapidly.
